James Dunn

Mr. Dunn is responsible for assessing new investments, loan originations, CMBS purchases and other structured products backed by real estate.  In addition, Mr. Dunn’s team monitors the on-going risk of the portfolio.  He has over 15 years of experience including work with Northcorp Realty Advisors and GE Capital.  Mr. Dunn’s experience includes acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management, workout, and securitization. 

Mr. Dunn has undergraduate degrees in both finance and accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
