ORIX Finance Loan Sales and Trading (LS&T) is responsible for loan syndications and is highly integrated with ORIX Finance's origination and underwriting deal teams to provide a combination of structuring support and market intelligence throughout the underwriting process. In addition, LS&T manages a substantial portfolio of middle market leveraged loan participations.
